Demolition of existing buildings well underway as planning for 1.1 m sq. ft. development secured

Works started at the beginning of December last year and are expected to be complete by May 2012, and will make way for the construction of a new build-to-suit facility.

G. Park Crick is strategically located close to the M1 and in the heart of the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’, defined by its ability to access the majority of the country within a four and a half hour drive time.
